Our Team

Kailin Burge - Director of Business Development

I am a momma to four beautiful children, one who is a childhood cancer survivor! I graduated from Midwestern State University with a bachelor's in criminal justice. I joined Platinum Healthcare in 2020, during the midst of COVID, after working many years in criminal justice and crimes against children. When I am not working, you can usually find me out shopping, enjoying time on the lake, traveling, and spending time with my family.

Misty Ames - Business Development

I started out my healthcare journey in Senior Care and worked there for 15 years. I switched to home health because I wanted to help patients get the best care that they could get in the privacy of their own home. I am a single mom of five children. I have three grown children and started over 10 years ago adopting two little boys that are now 14 and 12. I also have five beautiful grandchildren. In my spare time I love to read, play bingo, watch my sons and grandsons play football and go hiking. I enjoy getting to know the people that I work with. I look forward to getting to know you as well.

Lily Castro - Business Development

I am a wife and a mother to an 8-year-old daughter. I love to be an advocate for seniors as I am on the board of the Seniors in Motion Auxiliary in Flower Mound. When I visit my seniors in their communities, I take the time to dress up in the theme. Yes, I have just about every costume you can think of!  I'm also really involved in my community, so much so that I joined my police department’s citizen's patrol! Originally born in Texas but raised in Michigan. I moved back a few years ago and can’t be happier about it as a “native Texan”.

Wherever you go, Go Blue!

Jaci Hodge - Business Development

My amazing husband and I share three beautiful children together. My babies are what motivate me to be better every single day. I am currently in school pursuing nursing which takes up a lot of time. When I do have downtime, I enjoy reading or being out in nature when it's not too hot. Being in healthcare is all I've ever known. Helping people is my purpose! Eight years ago, I started working in SNFs, from there I met many community partners and quickly became a resource for our senior community. I look forward to being a resource for you!
